Data deletion

Request account or evidence deletion.

Send a deletion request through the contact page using the email address attached to your ZitoAI account. State whether you want the entire account deleted or specific procurement records removed.

Verification

We will verify control of the account before deletion. OAuth provider access can also be revoked directly from the provider’s account settings.

What may be retained

Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute or accounting records may be retained where legally required. Evidence files and provider connection metadata not subject to a retention requirement will be removed from active systems.
